• Machining Fixtures (Hydraulic)

  Fixtures for Automobile components, aerospace components, pump bodies, valve bodies. Components are clamped using hydraulic cylinders. Fixtures can be mounted on VMC & HMC (Indian & Imported)

  Hydraulic fixtures are used when production is very high and to reduce operator effort and increase efficiency

• Machining Fixtures (Manual)

  Fixtures for Automobile components, aerospace components, pump bodies, valve bodies. Components are clamped using manual clamps. Fixtures can be mounted on VMC & HMC (Indian & Imported)

  Manual Fixtures are used for very large size components where machining time for each component is large. Cost effective solution.

• Assembly Fixtures

  Fixtures are used for assembly of automobile gear boxes, axle assemblies, engine assemblies.

  Fixture can be rotated to any angle required and stopped there for assembly of any individual part.

• Inspection Fixtures

  Fixtures are used for inspecting tolerances of holes, concentricity of holes, flatness, shim selection.
